Dr. Jithendran Kokkranikal
Principal Lecturer, University of Greenwich
Dr. Jithendran Kokkranikal is a Principal Lecturer in International Tourism Management at the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom. Dr Kokkranikal is a Chartered Management and Business Educator (CMBE) of the Chartered Association of Business Schools, UK. He gained his PhD in Hospitality and Tourism Management and MSc in Tourism from the Strathclyde Business School, University of Strathclyde. His expertise is in enterprise development, innovation, strategy, policy, and project management.
As the Principal Investigator of the Creative Sparks Higher Education Enterprise Programme’s Tourism Enterprise Development Programme project, Dr. Kokkranikal leads the project implementation in association with colleagues from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics and the Azerbaijan Tourism Management University.
Rauf Mammadov
Project Manager at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC)
Rauf Mammadov is a project manager at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). He has an extensive knowledge and expertise dealing with the drafting and implementation of different development projects in the field of cooperation, educational innovation, and research. During his time at UNEC, he has developed and managed small, mid, and big-size projects with local and international experts with UK’s British Council in Azerbaijan and Wider Europe, German Savings Bank Foundation for International Cooperation (SBFIC) and World Trade Organization (WTO).
He holds an MBA in international business from UNEC and is currently studying “Education Policy and Human Development” at George Washington University. More recently, he has passed the IPMA (International Project Management Association) Level D certification. His research interests are expansion of higher education, international development, strategic development, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
Incha Aliyeva
Specialist at Azerbaijan Tourism and Management University's International Office
Currently, Incha Aliyeva is a specialist at Azerbaijan Tourism and Management University’s International Office. Meanwhile, she founded and currently leads an initiative called Beeco, it’s eco initiative aiming to increase environmental awareness and literacy both locally and globally.
She did her bachelors in Azerbaijani Language and Literature and masters in The Theory and History of Literary Criticism from Baku State University and also studied masters in Global Studies for two years at University of Wroclaw/University of Leipzig (Degree pending).
